CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!! (finally!)

We had such an amazing Christmas. I knew it would be a blast with Deacon but I did not realize it would be this great. My parents and Curt's parents are such good fun grandparents and it makes Christmas that much more fun. We started the day at my house and had our own little Christmas there, after that the craziness began as we raced all over town to get and give lots of gifts. Now that we are older and our parents have everything they could ever want instead of giving them gifts we each do a service project and then make all little scrapbook of each project and give it them. Curtis my little brother Walker and I went grocery shopping and took it all to the Ronald McDonald house, it is where families whose children are in the hospital stay while they children are being treated. My heart was full as I thought how much love and support I would have if anything like that ever happened to me. I was so happy I could help make someones burden a little lighter. I am excited to think of next years project! Anyway we had a very merry Christmas and hope you all did too!

Sounds like you guys had a great Christmas. I know how you fell running around to a million different families. That is so fun that you guys do that service project. Is this the first year or have you done it in the past? Then you just put the pictures in an album and that is what you give your parents? How great!

Soph,
Cute Christmas picks..I have to say I am middle of the road politically but this year I am voting on a SINGLE issue...the ECONOMY and I am confident in Romney's ability to manage our economy...Also, I would like to have a job in 09 and HILLARYCARE is a nightmare for the Pharma Industry..Lets debate! Bring it on! Convince me that socialism is a better way than capitalism!

Hi Curtis and Sophie! We were able to find your blog after stumbling upon the Seares blog. We haven't seen you guys since what, your wedding? You can also find some of the other mission buddys' blogs listed on our page if you are interested. Really its mostly the wives keeping everyone in touch. What would those boys do without us? Hope all is well!

Hey there,
Thanks for the comment on the Romney post. My father was UNION president and is as BLUE as BLUE so I can look through Democratic glasses and can appreciate certain policies but this year I am a ONE issue voter and thats the ECONOMY! Who do you like? Hillary or Obama? I have to say I would swing left if Huckabee or McCain win...I would vote for Obama over either of those two...I love election years!
